I have to complimen Gussik's on their home cooked meals. My mother owned and operated successful restraunts for over 30 years and Gussiks was one of the few places that she would always got to. I've traveled Montana extensivly over the past 6 years and have eaten in all the best places around the state, and a few questionable ones. Gussiks has the best liver and onions anywhere in the state, by far. They also excell in their Rib Steaks. There's no reason for me to eat anything else when I go to Gussik's because I know these two items on their menu is supreme. The liver is always fresh and tender and is cooked to perfection.
